Dra. Sara Rodrigues

With more than 26 years of experience in the market, Dr Sara Rodrigues has a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, having completed a postgraduate degree in Parental Responsibility Regulation.
He attended several courses, internships and seminars, namely on Family Law, Urban Leasing and Criminal Law.
He worked at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ponta Delgada and joined the Bar on December 27, 1996, practicing law since then.
Although his professional practice covers most of the areas of law, he dedicates himself preferably to family issues, minors, crime and succession.
She is co-founder of Rodrigues, Mosca e Associados, SP, RL, where she works.

Dr. Carlos Mosca

Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, Dr. Carlos Mosca acquired much of his knowledge also thanks to the Postgraduate Degree in Regional Law at the University of the Azores/Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. Not forgetting, he also attended several courses, internships and seminars, namely on Banking Law, Labor Law, European Law, Urban Lease, Criminal Tax Law, Systems Analysis, Marketing and Management.
His experience is reflected in the various professional activities he has carried out over the years:
• Worked in the Department of Expedient and Litigation of Caixa Geral de Aposentações;
• Participated, appointed by Caixa Geral de Depósitos to provide technical advice, in the Interministerial Working Group for the Revision of the Retirement Statute which resulted in Decree-Law No. 191-A/79, of 25/6;
• He joined the Portuguese Bar Association in May 1985, practicing law since then;
• He was a lawyer at Caixa Geral de Depósitos, S.A. in the Azores until 12.31.2008;
• He was legal advisor to the Association of Municipalities of the Autonomous Region of the Azores;
• He was a legal consultant and lawyer for the Municipality of Vila do Porto. Participated in several public tenders as part of the respective jury;
• He was vice-president and later president of the Azores Deontology Council of the Portuguese Bar Association;
• He was vice-president of the Azores District Council of the Portuguese Bar Association;
• He was an internship trainer at the Azores District Council of the Portuguese Bar Association, teaching Professional Deontology and Civil Procedure (Executive);
• He was a member of the juries of the aggregation tests of the District Council of the Azores of the Portuguese Bar Association.

Dr. José Bento Rodrigues

Dr. José Bento Rodrigues is a founding partner of Unified LLP, based in Toronto, and coordinator of the Family Law group. To meet the interests of its clients, Uniffied LLP has also opened an office in Waterloo Region.
He is an associate in Toronto of Rodrigues, Mosca e Associados, SP, Rl.
Dr. José Bento Rodrigues, still in law school, was editor-in-chief of the Ottawa Law Review.
He began his legal career at Justice Canada and completed internships at the Tax Court of Canada, the Ontario Court of Justice, as well as at the United Nations in New York.
Prior to the constitution of Unified LLP he was a partner of Rodrigues Paiva LLP.
He specializes in family law, which he practices with rigor and excellence, always looking for the best solutions to the problems of his clients.
It considers litigation as an option of last resort because it believes that it is generally more advantageous to resolve conflicts amicably, thus avoiding recourse to the court and with it long and expensive processes.
